Searching
To look for books, journals or meetings, enter your search words and click Search. You may limit to content types such as Printed Material or Meetings.
For a more detailed search, use the Advanced Search.
Search specific fields such as Author or Title, combine search words using AND, NOT or OR and specify a publication date or range.
Search Results
Search results are grouped by format such as Printed Material or Article, and can be sorted according to e.g. relevance, date, title, or author.
From the results list, you may selecting relevant records which you can download, email, save or request.
Requesting
If you wish to request a title, you will need to log in to the Library Catalogue, using your website login. From the results list, select the item(s), click on Selected Records Action then Request. From the full record of an item, click on Current Record Actions then Request. Check the details then click on Complete Request. The Library will send a pickup notice by email when the item is ready to collect.
You may only request books from the lending collections. Reference books and journals may only be used in the Library.
Where To Find Items
The Record copies section will tell you where the item is located. The Reading Room is the Library. Library Staff can fetch items from other locations in the building. If the location says Request from Offsite, contact Library Staff who will arrange the retrieval of the item. This can take up to one week.
